职位描述 Job Desc
1、 按照英国国家考试局及美国蓝带总校的教学大纲要求进行备课与教学，撰写教学计划与教案；
Prepare an d teach lessons; write guided teaching plan, according to the syllabus of Edexcel and US National Blue Ribbon Schools；
2、 布置、批改作业，填写学生期中、期末学习报告单，根据教学需要安排测验并记录好测验成绩；
Arrange and correct students’ homework; fill in learning records in the middle of semester at the end of semester; arrange the test an d record the test result；
3、 及时与家长进行沟通，反馈学生在校情况；
Communicate with students’ parent in time; give feedback about students’ performance at school.
4、 做好学生管理工作，创建良好的学习氛围，提高课堂效率。
Supervise students’ behavior; create great learning atmosphere; improve class efficiency.
